Spring on Kubernetes best practices [Workshop]

For Java applications running on Kubernetes, Spring offers a lot of benefits. In this workshop, we will dive into a hands-on tour exploring various options and best practices for building, deploying and managing Spring workloads on Kubernetes.

From build time concerns like (native) compilation and containerization, to options for configuration, runtime settings, service discovery and routing concepts.. We will continue to day-2 operations concerns and dive into questions around health checks and observability.

We will illustrate these concepts with real examples that you can deploy and play with.

At the end of this workshop you will have a better understanding of the tools and capabilities the Spring ecosystem offers to people running their apps on Kubernetes.
